hi all can I use a Stanley baby blue echo in the same way as my gt quadraverb ie straight into the amp with no other pedals, and get a better echo than the quad gt or at least as good. this is home use only. and are there setting with it like the gt. thanks peter

Short answer...Yes
You should read the manual on the Stanley website. There is a list of settings.

Peter, there's also a post by Dave Robinson in the etap section were he has put loads of settings for the Stanley/etap (they use same internals)

can anyone tell me is there a lot of difference in the baby blue and the original etap and ecca`s version. and is ecca`s version for sale. thanks peter

Hi Peter, ecca hand builds his and he still sells them, they are a little better I think (I have one) than the BB as he fits them with 2 valves on the pre amp and also the added halo effect, cheers k.

I think David Martin had an etap made by Ecca for sale, check the 'marketplace' board.

Yes , I'm still making the Valve Eccamatics.
Best sound of all of them and a new design in the pipeline ( when the weather warms up )
No auto, that's for babies, the original Meazzi didn't have it.
