Isolation Cabinets?

Just wondering if anyone had used or thought of using an isolation cabinet for home studio recording, i've used one in a professional studio and the results were very good, but it was about 6 feet square with a 4x12 cab in it,

Although i think a damped open back type may let the speaker do its thing more.
