eftp for magicstomp

hi has anybody got eftp for a magicstomp,as you cant get it anymore from Charlie.
I would be very gratefull if some has them,if so please pm me.thanks.

you cant just ask for a copy of eftp that as i understand it would be illegal. the only way to get it now is to buy a unit with a legal copy installed, but not from ebay as charlie hall wont have anything to do with units brought from there. there are some units being sold on charlies site with eftp loaded that i understand he approves of.

A similar (but certainly not identical) set of patches for the Magicstomp can be bought from Geoff Strachan under the title "Sounds Like The Shadows".

That's what I have on my two Magicstomps, including the one I bought recently with EFTP actually already loaded. Having carefully saved them to disc, I wiped the user patches and loaded SLTS patches because I like the easy familiarity I have with it.

I am selling at the Moment 2 Alesis Units (a Q20 and a Quad GT) on ebay with certified EFTP.
As long as you can prove, that you have ordered the eftp patches before the 12th of December 2014, and that Charlie has approved the EFTP sale by checking the Alesis Serial Numbers it should not be a problem if transferred the name of the new owner properly, to get his Support for the new owner. (Have a look at his own Swap and Trade section of his Webpage).
I do not think that it matters in which place you have sold your items. (pirat)ebay or charity Events etc...

I already have the echotapper ones and the Geoff strachen ones,but would really like to get the eftp ones.i messaged Charlie but it was too late to get them off him.thats why I messaged on here just on the off chance I could get them.
that's the trouble now eftp has ceased just cant get them.
which is a shame as I brought them for a g2 and for a g7.1ut not long ago.
wish id got the magicstomp a bit earlier then wouldn't of had a prob getting them.

... and that is why you can find my sales of the certified EFTP patched Q 20 and later the Quad GT on Charlies site in case somebody needs his Support in the future.
I always wonder, why this matter is so important as I had the unit now for 7 years and never had any Problem, where I would needed Charlies Support. And in case everything goes wrong (e.g. with the battery) I still have the sysex EFTP files to load them again via the edirol device on the Q 20 with a fresh installed battery.
