I HATE that worn look, bloomin' aweful! All mine are "mint condition" and I keep 'em that way.

Chunks knocked out of the finish like that are not "wear" - they are damage and should have been avoided as far as possible. Quality musical instruments deserve better treatment than that Stratocaster has had.
