Been playing "Sleepwalk"....

On my Japanese Stratocaster, through a VOX AD 30VT amp, and using the echo and "tap" and a lot of Trem have been getting a really good sound. being as Santo and Johnny used an Hawaiian (or steel) guitar I thought it was some feat to get anywhere near their sound using a normal set up?

Came out really well though. Very pleased.

Jeff Beck does a great rendition of Santo & Johnny's 'Sleepwalk' with his Strat.

Back again. If you are interested in Jeff's sound, read this interview with Steve Prior who was his guitar tech for 5 years.
