Italia Rimini 12 string

Has anyone got or ever had one of these guitars?
I've seen one on some Youtube clips and it looks and sounds a really good guitar. It'll never be a Ric despite it's attempts to look like one. I already have a Burns Club Series Double Six which is great and plays beautifully but it lacks that "chiming" tone.
Any feedback on the Rimini 12 greatly appreciated.
