Not Fiesta Red on the Classic Vibe Simon Neil model either.
More of a pinky red as I have seen on a Strat as used by Mark Knopfler.
Don't think I will contact Chinese trading standards though!!!!
Like the famous Tony Hancock Radio Ham sketch " It is a raining not here, how is the weather there!!!
May Day May Day , some joker cutting in here, hang on a minute!!!

I have one of the limited run of MIM Hank Marvin Signature strats which is most definitely pink but regarded by many to be "the" authentic colour.

Hi. I don't know if this info will be helpful (and I don't know much about guitars), but when I bought my Squier Classic Vibe 60s guitar (again "60's" not "50's), the info I was told is that it came in two colours: three-tone sunburst, which I bought and it looks a lot like the color Jet's Fenders used to be, and the OTHER color was Candy Apple Red. The store didn't have one to show me, but I went on YouTube and saw a few homemade videos - and to me, Candy Apple Red looked purple-like, not really red. But it's hard to say.

The other thing I've heard, but I don't think I've seen it with my own eyes, is that Squier makes a pink "Hello Kitty" Stratocaster, but I believe that's a starter-kit guitar with a little 6-watt amp, intended for beginners and for children. I bought a starter kit in black, before trading it in for a sunburst CV 60s Strat. My guitar store has a good selection of guitars, but I wouldn't say that choices of colour is their strong point. As for Classic Vibe 50s Strats, they had a two-tone sunburst one with a white/mint green scratch plate that kind of looked like Buddy Holly's colour, but I don't know of any other possible colours for the 50s Series.

Hope this helps. I think you may have seen the Candy Apple Red Classic Vibe 60s Strat, but I don't know.

Cheers,
Donna

The Squier 'Classic Vibe' series has both a '50s & a '60s version of the Strat in Fiesta Red. The '50s version looks similar to the MIM '50s Strat & the '60s version is called the 'Simon Neil' signature model & has the Rosewood board & 3-ply scratchplate.
They both look Pinkish in the right sunlight, as does the actual Fender colour. The Simon Neil Strat may only be available in the UK/ Western Europe, as he is the guitarist in a famous Scottish band.

Tony.
