swapped the neck......

During my abortive quest to join a Shads group ( I was rejected ) I swapped my guitars around a bit to make a pink un ( red) and the Cakeocaster is no more.
I took the maple/ebony fretboard neck off and put a Burns neck on from Malcolm.
What a difference !
The guitar is much less harsh, it was always a bit trebly and overbright, it's much more mellow now.
Who would have thought it .
