Hey Guys,

Been following the forum for a while but never posted before.
You guys seem to be pretty hot on all think Hank/Meazzi so I thought you'd be the best to ask.
I recently acquired one of these units for a steal from a guy down the pub. He was pretty honest with me about the state of the gear, hasn't seen the light of day from the garage for about 30 years.

Can't seem to get any sound out it all, the motors are still spinning, but the tape heads look pretty dirty and a few thing on the board look like they've been fried.

Do any of you guys have any idea where who would be able to repair one of these things, been in contact with a few pro audio guys, they're happy to repair a 48 CH SSL desk but won't touch this for some reason!

Hi Wilbur, Sorry about going off topic (Hankies humour) I have 5 spare 'New old stock' heads for a Meazzi transistor, As you will find out repair and maintainence of a Meazzi is very expensive !! so are these heads, if you wish to buy send me a pm or email keithinalpsAThotmail.com replacing AT with@.
