By the way; did anyone notice how good the weather was in all the interview clips (and I don't just mean those featuring Hank and John!!!). And I was interested to see that Pete Townshend had a harpischord in the room in which he and Bruce had their chat. Don't see many of those these days. Perhaps it came with the house?
:D

Chez Townshend, in particular, looks a luxurious pile (I don't know exactly its location) in, as you say, lovely sunny conditions, rather like Port Wenn where the sun never fails to shine!

The person who wrote that doesn't understand the meaning of 'review'. It's not a review, its a summary - a poor one.

To make a program on The Shadows that would last just for an hour would be a challenge for anyone.
I think it was a job well done, yes, we all would have had our preferences on what we would have liked to have been included, but overall all good.
I think it deserves a "prime" tv time showing on BBC1 or ITV, I'm sure it would go down well.

Anybody else noticed the mini AC30 with a small The Shadows script in the bottom right corner of the amp front at 42:23 in Bruce's Richmond home?
It looks like the one from the Thunderbirds movie.... or is it a AC1 "customized"?

Apparently they filmed both the pantomime show.....?

At 29:22 a AC30 TV front and at 29:29 seriously a T-Rex Room Mate on warm hall setting incl a Ibanez TS-9?

I enjoy it, for the punters it's enough info, just short/long enough not to switch channels.... us shadnuts it couldn't be never long enough I reckon?

Cheers Rob

I'd have hoped for an expanded version on DVD but looks unlikely at this time as they had to be persuaded to make it in the first place.
