Can anyone recognize this tune?

While I was listening to some old audio cassettes my mother had collected over the years I found this cool instrumental tune (or maybe an instrumental version of a song) featuring guitar and a sax. They take turns playing the melody throughout the whole song. I've tried to find it for a long time with no luck. Here's a link to the uploaded instrumental:

I tried music recognition software so far and unfortunately it didn't work. I uploaded a better quality clip with sound taken directly from the tape (in my first post) so I hope it'll be easier for you guys to recognize it.

Sounds like library music to me, sort of thing you'd hear on TV, maybe even used as a sig tune.
