My Grandfather's Clock/Cliff/Skiffle-Style

Postby donna plasky » 27 Sep 2012, 20:38

Hello. I've put this post in The Lounge, in case anyone feels this doesn't qualify as actual music :D but I found a video of Sir Cliff singing "My Grandfather's Clock" skiffle-style. I was looking for Shadows videos of course, but I found this one.

In case you'd like to watch it, the band (and I don't know who they are) seem to be more of a comedy act than serious musicians, but without giving away the punch line, there was one moment during the song (toward the end) where I thought, "Uh oh." ;)

Kind regards,
Donna

You do find them don't you Donna!
This looks like a 1962ish variety show of the kind you don't get now :)
