In fact this is not uncommon...
Caller : Hi, our printer is not working.
Customer Service: What is wrong with it?
Caller : The mouse is jammed.
Customer Service: Mouse? ... Printers don't have a mouse!!!
Caller: Mmmmm??.. Oh really? ... I will send a picture.
