If you can't find an answer while surfing the net, you try Ask Jeeves. So- Why don't we have a seperate area for Shadows trivia, and call it Ask Didier. Just a thought, as he seems to be a mine of trivia information. Ian

I think Jim Nugent has the most amazing knowledge of Shads stuff of anyone.

On top of that he's a great bloke.

And on top of the he's a great player.

And on top of that he's an Englishman.

P.S. Jim, can you lend me 50 quid next time I'm down your way.

You are too kind, chaps.

For the most part, I just have a good recall of the important things from my formative years. I can also still sing the sigs from "The Man In Room 17" and "The Liars" and recite the first person present tense conjugation of "amo".

Didier, George Geddes, Rob Bradford, Stuart Duffy and the late Adrian Bartholomew are (or, in once case, were) true scholars of our subject.

PS: Tony, will £50 be enough?

Never heard of "The man from room 17" or "The Liars". But:-
Amo, Amas, Amat, Amamus, Amatis, Amant????
That's all I can remember from 2 years of Latin.
