MailPlus Ap

Has anybody used this Ap? I signed up on Feb 1st., to a 12 month subscription (£119.88) with a free Kindle HD supplied. This seemed like a great offer, as the Kindle on it's own costs £119.00. The MailPlus is supposed to download automatically, but seldom does. I am often told "You don't have a valid subscription" and I am eventually led to a page where I can log in, with email address and password, and it then downloads. Does anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions?
