Joe Brown has a lot to answer for, a few weeks ago he came on The Alan Tichmarsh show and said anyone could play the ukulele
since then my wife purchased a cheap ukulele and wants to play things like "I`ll see you in my dreams" and other songs she hears
on the television. Fair enough you can learn a couple of basic chords ,it`s the same sort of thing with Bert Weedon`s Play In A Day guitar book where you could learn a couple of four string cords quite easy .I try to explain to my wife that she has to learn the chords and memorise them.
