Another relatively recent one, and featuring a guitar - theme from Father Ted- with a wonky vibrato/chorus effect...

Anyone (probably in UK, USA or Norway) heard the theme and incidental music for the new BBC4 series "Lilyhammer" [sic] with Steven Van Zandt?

Does anyone remember an off beat TV show Called" Gurney Slade" with Anthony Newley .The theme music was by Max Harris who I think played piano on some of Cliff`s recordings.

The Gurney Slade theme is available from iTunes.

How about the theme from Z Cars this was a very popular show in the 1960 `s with a hit record by Johnny Keating. there is a Shadows connection there if you think about it.

Yep, the version by Norrie and his orchestra made it to no.33 in the charts in 1962!
