Fender super sonic 22

My Marshall TSL 100 is becoming too big for the venues I play.
I was thinking of bying a Fender super sonic 22 amp for my allround sixties band.
I saw youtube clips and read some reviews.
Tried a 60W version which sounded good to me. (There was no 22W version)
Anyone with live experience with this amp?

What's the weight of the 60w version like?

If it's anything like a Pro Reverb (weight indistinguishable from that of a Twin Reverb), it could be a problem, especially as Fender routinely fit just one carrying bhandle to amps that ought to have three, like a Vox.

The 22w version is a reworked Deluxe Reverb - portable in one hand!

Exactly, thats why I prefer the 22W.
I wonder if anyone here has or tried one of those

Whilst trying out guitars, in a shop, I played through the 22W Super Sonic.
It has that Fender sound, yet somehow, a lttle hotter.
This is a loud, punchy combo, with a good variety of tones.
Do try one. :)

Sounds good;
I will try one when I find one.
Was there enough low end in the first (clean) channel?

I only used the clean channel.
I was there to try out guitars rather than the combo, so I couldn't say I gave it an extensive listening to.
However, the tone had a fuul body to it. Well balanced, I thought.

Hope that helps.
