I know some years ago now a member constructed a Vox AC30 cabinet. Can anyone remember where he sourced the Tolex, speaker cloth and Vox logo from or has anyone any help they can give me?

The pre-eminent supplier might well be:

There was a company in Shoeburyness that regularly advertised on Ebay, Vox tolex and speaker cloth plus other bits of kit.

You could try a Google or Yell search.

I'd avoid Music Ground unless as a last resort, you'll pay through the nose.

The USA is the only place I know of for Vox bits - as per the hyperlink given plus this one http://www.guitar-parts.com/catalog/vox ... rill-cloth ; http://www.tubeampdoctor.com/english-store/VOX-m-18/ . This one for grill cloth http://www.vibroworld.com/parts/tech10.html . Years ago I found a UK manufacturer who made Marshall's grill cloth but they wouldn't sell me any! I would have to buy the very same cloth from the USA! Crazy eh?

Sorry it wasn't Shoebury but Southend, found the company on Ebay

Yes I know it's an odd name, but I bought from them a few years back with no problem.

Cut and paste user name into Ebay and you should find it, if not search Vox trim
