I'm frightened to take the L5 out !
It does feed back brilliantly though, very controllable but not much desired for Shads stuff.
The Hankies think I'm an alien as it is.

SGs are great guitars, Ecca.

I wanted one ever since getting hold of a copy of the Gibson catalogue in 1966. I managed to get one a cpiple of years ago. Just like this (it has the Les Paul Custom / Super 400 type headstock inlay and binding):

Trini Lopez inlays, ebony 24-fret board, maple cap in sunburst, vintage smaller scratchplate, '57 Classics mounted to the body, nickel-plated hardware...

They're out there on eBay...

If I ever make it to a Hankies, I'll bring my '72 SG Special for you to play with.

It's the 50th anniversary Custom Elite Dream, Steve. It's a beautiful player and sounds great.
