I have found that Wagner electronics are a good source for belts of various sizes:

Look in the service and repair parts section of the catalog.

I am sure that you will find one from the turntable or video sections that will fit if you measure the size of the broken one.

The Vox Longtom motor drives a rotary rubber wheel which transmits the drive to a flywheel. There is no drive belt on these units unless you have a different model. On the other hand do you mean the recording tape has broken? I see replacement tapes for sale on ebay advertised at a length of 67cm but I make mine to 69cm or 27 inches which work fine without too much tension. I cannot find an official tape length published.

it is not the tape
this in a nico nelson he make from the short tom a long tom in the past
so this echo units are diferent
so the motor is from an short tom echo

Looking on the internet I found Roy Sourioroseno has the same longtom as you if you know him or can find him.
