Wonder how much and what it sounds like?

Thanks for posting that David, there seems to be less options than the Custom Classic and they ( IMHO) have missed an important trick, It would have been great to have switchable channels. Oh well I'll not be changing my Custom Classic ( not that I had been thinking of doing so anyway) and I'll stick with the Boss A/B switch for channel changing.

It's right, a cut down CC2!

The AC15C1 is a better bet, it has two channels as opposed to the CC1
but not an EF86 in the normal channel

Production has been moved from China, probably to somewhere cheaper!

I'm happy with my Modified AC30CC1 a good sounding amp as Mr Martin will testify!

I suspect these are made in Vietnam.

These amps feature just tremolo, whereas the 1960s AC30s had the choice of tremolo or a gentle vibrato. Did The Shadows ever use that vibrato effect on any of their recordings? I can think of one 1980s track (Bermuda Triangle) that uses electronic vibrato but did they ever use the original Vox vibrato in the 1960s?
