That sounds like an absolute bargain.

I bought one (the variant with a Fishman system) a few years ago because I was so impressed with the Loar archtops.

The all-solid wood flat-top sounded great, whether acoustically or electrically. The electric tone was up in the same ball-park as piezo-equipped Martins and Gibsons (and I had the means of doing that comparison).

Eventually, I gave that Loar flat-top to someone whose need was greater than mine, but I still have the arch-top.

The only warning I would give is about the fretting and action. You may find it necessary to have the frets crowned and polished. But even that (what? £70?) is not a lot to add to £199.

Many people seem to rave over the k.k. pickups, i have a set installed in a Lakewood m32 and the k.k.is not a product i would purchase again. They are just 3 piezo disks glued to the underside of the bridge plate, if you want feedback city...go for these. Sorry i can't comment on the guitar though....
