The new Variax standard

Well it isn't Fiesta red and it doesn't say Fender on the headstock but the variety of sounds and tuneings are great, as is the action.

I'm seriously thinking that this guitar will free up a lot of wall space!

Previously I'd had a Variax 600 and whilst it played well enough I wasn't over impressed, but adding magnetic pickups and balancing the simulated sounds against those works really well.

And these days it's made by Yamaha and whilst they've never had they Glitz or Name of Fender they've always been really good guitars
