VOX AD50VT + Hall & Collins Signature Echo - Help Required

Postby MagicOurMorris » 23 Jun 2015, 11:23

Is there any other member/s on this site currently using a VOX AD50VT valvetronix amp coupled with the new Halls & Collins Signature Echo unit.
If so - would you please get in touch via a personal message as I would greatly appreciate getting in touch to discuss how you are getting on with the set up, and as to what settings you are using via both the amp and the H&C unit as I am having a problem with my set up and would appreciate all the help I can get.
Best Regards
MagicOurMorris.

Hi Dave sorry it's taken so long to respond - had issues with sudden loss of internet service yesterday. The good news is however that after using your suggested amp settings to begin with, and then dialing back a little bit more on the Gain control a much better sound has been achieved. I'm really pleased with the new sound obtained. Getting help with a ball park set up to begin from has made all the difference.
Thanks for all your help Dave very much appreciated.
Regards
Keith

I'm pleased about that, you may need to tweak the tone controls to achieve your own perfection. :)
