Thanks Derek, I had a play with my Zoom G3x yesterday and increased the echo volume on heads 1/2/3 just a tad, as I felt that they were a little low on yours. It's the compression that causes it to sound that way, and I think because there are two lead guitar racks, the one on the plinky bits has little or no compression as opposed to the verses which are almost 'breathing' with compression. The perfect 'take' for you would to play the plinky bits on the EFTP patch and switch to the compressed patch for the verses. I also think that the verses patch would benefit from some bass taken away and some high MID added with the graphic EQ on the Zoom.
