I too recently bought a Telecaster style, all-maple neck from AGC.
Unfortunately, the one that arrived had an inoperable truss-rod and some lacquer missing from the end of the neck. However, a quick call to Gareth (one of the partners) had him arrange a replacement direct from their supplier in China! At first this didn't thrill me as I expected weeks of waiting. However, incredibly, in just over a week a replacement arrived. Clever & efficient these Chinese......apart from a lapse in QC with the original.
This neck was OK although in the end, I decided to buy a really stunning, tiger-striped one to use for the project instead. The AGC one will be kept for another build. The only criticism I have is that the angle used from the bass side of the nut to the tuners is too 'acute/sharp' and for authenticity should be radiused (that applies to both their Tele & Strat headstocks)..........but saying that, I am picky about Fender-style headstock shapes. I subsequently mentioned this to Gareth that it might be worth pointing out to the Chinese factory to amend. Other than that, absolutely fine......
AGC are excellent people to deal with and I can unreservedly recommend them. If there's a problem, it's sorted out in a friendly fashion. I've bought from them since and will be doing so in future.
It was a post of Dave Robinson's that first made me aware of them and I'm glad that it did. Likewise, prior to hearing about AGC, for several years I'd used Axes'rus, another excellent firm that I still buy stuff from. I rarely source parts from anywhere other than these two companies now......there's no need.
