"Guitarist" magazine (UK) usually manage to do something appropriate for their April issue, and I believe I've spotted this year's - perhaps a little more subtle than their previous hoaxes. I'll say no more at this stage, except to say that I'm talking of the "Slide Guitar Issue".

Since my interest in the mating habits of the Paraguayan Bat Faced Woolly Squirrel Monkey far exceeds
my interest in playing slide guitar, I actually gave the whole section a miss.
However, seeing as you mention it, I suppose I'd better have a glance and see what the hoax might be.

I didn't say it was in the Slide Guitar feature.

I only said that to identify the April issue.

will have look at said magazine, because I like playing slide guitar.
