So would this one be acceptable if Barry doesn't have it manufactured or marketed. No name on it apart from the Rez o tube. I could buy a Rez o tube fit it to another guitar just like a Bigsby and sell that. Would that be an infringement?

to my mind if it doesn't have burns printed on it and burns don't own a patient for that design ok. what I am against is claiming credit and money for some one else`s work.
