wireless dongle and Zoom g3x = white noise

Postby pauldb38 » 20 Jan 2016, 22:00

Hi everyone bit of advice please, just got treated to a Joyo JW-01 Wireless Guitar System , works great when plugged straight into the amp very happy with it. But when i plug the receiver into my Zoom G3x it still works but theres like white noise just below the guitar volume. Is there a setting on the g3 to match the input level or something i can do to fix this ? Any help gratefully received.

Paul,

There is an active / passive switch on the back of the G3X. Switch out for guitar ( unless its an active one) and in for active.

See page 4/5 of the manual.

I use a Line 6 Relay G30 without issues - button in.
