I came across these 'Hank Tribute' pickups on eBay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Loaded-Pickgu ... 1827573277?
I must confess I'd never heard of them but they sound pretty good on the YouTube demo although it would have been nice to hear them through an echo unit as well. They seem excellent value, too. The price of £163.95 for a fully loaded pickguard is less than a set of Fender CS54s alone.
Has anyone here tried them or have any thoughts?
Cheers.

Well looking through the spec it looks very impressive and they certainly sound good.
Only problem I can see, is that the majority of us would have to find replacements for the pickup and switch mounting screws, as he has used gold plated ones.
