Guitarist magazine up to its usual tricks?

Postby JimN » 09 Mar 2014, 12:10

"Guitarist" magazine (UK) usually manage to do something appropriate for their April issue, and I believe I've spotted this year's - perhaps a little more subtle than their previous hoaxes. I'll say no more at this stage, except to say that I'm talking of the "Slide Guitar Issue".

Since my interest in the mating habits of the Paraguayan Bat Faced Woolly Squirrel Monkey far exceeds
my interest in playing slide guitar, I actually gave the whole section a miss.
However, seeing as you mention it, I suppose I'd better have a glance and see what the hoax might be.

Thank you for drawing this to my attention Jim.

Feel free to P.M. me and put me out of my misery should I not locate it fairly soon. :D

Cheers, Alan.

No...........having thoroughly examined the section I'm unable to solve the problem.
Please feel free to aid me as mentioned above.

Cheers, Alan.

I didn't say it was in the Slide Guitar feature.

I only said that to identify the April issue.
