Gold plating your bits!

I've been in correspondence with these guys and they do good brush-plating kits for gold, silver, brass, nickel etc. etc. See here : - http://www.gaterosplating.co.uk/Gold-an ... g-Kits.php . I'm buying electroplating kits for copper and 'replica-chrome' plating for restoring my bikes. They sent me a sample of replica-chrome plated scrap copper. I compared it with the chrome on my Jag and there's really no noticeable difference! Anyway, they have a video of the brush-plating process and the kit only costs £45. Share that between a few of you and you're laughing!

Cheers, Lionel
