Jazzmaster or Jaguar?

Well after a trip to PMT, Nevada and Andertons, PMT had sold out, Nevada hadn't had any, but Andertons had both the Jazz and Jag, I tried both and finally came away with the Jag, but both sounded absolutely great, I suspect a Jazz might join the Jag before too long.

The mexican ones may be £500 more expensive, but it's hard to see where 0r why that is, The Squier may not have the locking device on the trem, but that appart, the machine heads work well, as do the pickups, a great range of tones.

Maybe it won't last 50 years, but then again neither will I.
