Why would the Con Chairman on the Wheeltappers and Shunters Club have a Vox AC30 lying on it's back next to him?

They had some great bands/groups on TWT&SC, so equipment was probably stacked out of the way behind 'The Committee Man' leaving the stage clear for the 'topless juggler on ice', saw The Big O on there once
