This has just come up on my Euro psychedelic / prog nuggets playlist

Immagine Bianca by Alpha Centauri, Italian prog band, a cover of 'Throw Down A Line' in Italian, released in 1969 on B side of their first (of two) singles

I thought it might be amusing to post some more obscure/ foreign versions of the boys' work, and have them all in one thread :)

I won't post what the original tracks are called (if they are in a foreign language) so as not to spoil the surprise if anyone hasn't heard them before :)

'Please Mr. Please' by Juliana Hatfield, U.S. alternative rock singer songwriter whose work might not be to all tastes, but I personally love. This is taken from the first in a series of cover albums of artists she has been inspired by, in this case Olivia Newton John

'Apache' by Hot Butter, best known for their 1972 hit version of 'Popcorn' (UK no. 5) - this was the follow up single in the UK, which failed to chart.

Man of Mystery by British space rock/prog rock titans Muse - OK, so not written by the Shadows, but neither was Apache and it's obviously their tune :)
